Plungington Community Land Trust is a new community led organisation, made up of members of Emmanuel Church and the community, working together in partnership to develop and regenerate the Plungington area.
Our first project is the redevelopment of Emmanuel Church. Planning permission has already been granted to convert the building into fourteen affordable housing apartments and a community space, whilst retaining its architectural heritage features.
See the poster advertising our Open Day tomorrow, Saturday, 13th August, from 12 till 3pm, where we will be sharing details about the project, inviting your views via a community questionnaire and answering any questions you might have.
There will be live music, free food, face painting and other activities for the children.
