PLUNGINGTON CLT LAUNCHES ON Sat 28th January 2023 AT 11 am – 2 PM @ Plungington community centre (just behind the Spar).
The Community Land Trust are hosting our event on Sat 28th January 2023 AT 11 am – 2 PM at Emmanuel to talk about the church renovation proposals.
Plungington Community Land Trust is a new community led organisation, made up of members of Emmanuel Church and the community, working together to develop and regenerate the Plungington area.
Our first project is the redevelopment of Emmanuel Church. Planning permission has already been granted to convert the building into fourteen affordable housing apartments and a community space, whilst retaining its architectural heritage features.
