PLUNGINGTON CLT LAUNCHES ON SAT 13TH AUGUST 2022 AT 12 PM – 3 PM @ Plungington community centre (just behind the Spar).
The Community Land Trust are hosting our event on Saturday 13th August 12-3pm at Emmanuel to talk about the church renovation proposals.
Plungington Community Land Trust is a new community led organisation, made up of members of Emmanuel Church and the community, working together to develop and regenerate the Plungington area.
Our first project is the redevelopment of Emmanuel Church. Planning permission has already been granted to convert the building into fourteen affordable housing apartments and a community space, whilst retaining its architectural heritage features.
Please see the poster advertising our Open Day on Saturday, 13th August, where we will be sharing details about the project, inviting your views via a community questionnaire and answering any questions you might have.
